- Monday January 5 First Day of Class; Bring Cambridge Latin Course Unit 3!
- Wednesday January 7 Reread Stage 21 "Lūcius Marcius Memor" and translate "senātor advenit." Read the About the Language section and do About the Language E. Do Practicing the Langauge A and B. Read the culture section, "Aquae Sulis and its Baths" and learn the vocabulary in the Vocab Checklist.
- Friday January 9 At the CLC's online activities site, go to the activities for Stage 21 (http://www.cambridgescp.com/Upage.php?p=clc^oa_unit3^stage21). Please do all the exercises in the "Sorting Words" section, and also do Practicing the Language C (the translation checker is not perfect, but it is remarkably good!). From the text, do Practicing the Langauge D. Read the Stage 22 culture section, "Magic, Curses, and Superstitions." Begin to learn the Stage 22 Vocabulary from the Vocab Checklist.
- Monday January 12 Read Stage 22 About the Language I (on perfect participles of deponent verbs) and II (on possessive genitives, partitive genitives, and genitives of description).
